Women’s Emotional Eating & Exercise Adherence Group

Participants receive:

  • (2) 50-minute individual assessment sessions (scheduled within a 2 week period)

  • Weekly 2-hour Skills & Process Group for 10 weeks

  • Weekly 2-hour Scheduled Group Coaching Call for 10 weeks

  • Partner pairing and weekly scheduled 20 minute support call

  • An individualized behavioral plan

Additional services available in this package:

  • Access to a private online community group

  • Access to weekly pre-recorded online cooking and recipe demonstrations

  • Weekly wellness and exercise component

  • Group retreat to mark the conclusion of the 10-week program

Adolescent DBT Skills Group

* This group is currently closed. Complete our contact form to request a referral to other local DBT Skills Groups for teens.

Participants ages 14-17/18 learn all 5 modules of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills curriculum (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Middle Path, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness). Group members must participate in concurrent individual therapy while enrolled in MindFit DBT Center groups.

* Group is $125 per session for a total of 22-26 weekly sessions, plus an interview fee of $225 for new or outside applicants.
